Introduction

AI Assistant is the built-in tool that helps you generate, improve and refine your social media content. It works the same way however you got your Mixpost.

Overview​

AI Assistant lives where you already work — the post editor, the post activity comments and the media library — so content is drafted, rewritten and illustrated without leaving Mixpost.

What it does​

  • Content generation — Generate social media posts from a prompt or a short instruction.
  • Content improvement — Rewrite, shorten, expand, translate or adjust the tone of existing text.
  • Image generation — Create images from a text prompt straight into the workspace's media library.
  • Brand voice — Keep everything the AI writes sounding like your brand, per workspace.

Getting Started​

  1. Use AI Assistant — Draft and rewrite content in the post editor and in post comments.
  2. Set Up Brand Voice — Define your brand's personality and tone for the workspace.
  3. Generate Images — Create images for your posts from a prompt.
Running Mixpost yourself?

The AI provider, the models and any instance-wide instructions are chosen once by an administrator — see AI platforms and AI Settings. On Mixpost Cloud that is already done for you, and usage is metered as AI credits.
