Plans and limits
Mixpost Cloud comes in four plans — Dreamer, Hacker, Business and Agency. Every plan is the full Mixpost Pro feature set; what changes between them is how much of it you can use.
The numbers attached to each plan live on the pricing page, so they stay correct when they change. This page explains what each number means.
Limits are per workspace
A workspace is the unit Mixpost bills and counts against. Your social accounts, posts, media and team members all belong to one, and a plan's allowances apply to that workspace alone — not to your account as a whole.
If you run several brands or clients that must stay separate, each workspace carries its own subscription.
What a plan governs

A limit that a plan leaves unset is unlimited.
Scheduled posts is a standing count, not a monthly quota
This one is easy to misread. The limit is how many posts are waiting on the calendar at any one moment. When a scheduled post publishes it leaves that state and frees its slot, so a plan allowing 30 scheduled posts does not cap you at 30 posts a month — it caps how far ahead you can fill the queue.
Drafts, published posts and posts in the trash are not counted.
How AI credits are consumed
A plan includes a number of AI credits, spent whenever you generate or rewrite content with the AI Assistant. Credits are counted one of two ways, depending on the plan:
- Per generation — each generation costs a fixed number of credits, whatever its length.
- Per token — the cost follows the size of the request and the reply. As a rough guide, a call of roughly 600–2,000 tokens costs 1–2 credits.
When you reach a limit
Mixpost stops the action that would cross the limit and tells you which one you hit; it never deletes anything you already have, and the rest of the workspace keeps working. Connecting a fifth account to a plan that allows four fails — the four you have keep publishing.
Over the API, a limit refusal comes back as a 422 carrying an errors.limit entry plus a
top-level limit object describing the limit you reached. See Errors.

Moving to a smaller plan
A limit only ever blocks the next addition; it never removes what a workspace already holds. If you move to a plan that allows fewer social accounts than you have connected, the accounts you have keep publishing — you simply cannot connect another until you are back inside the new plan's allowance.
The same applies to members, storage and scheduled posts.
